AMAZON RELAY MANAGEMENT
Booking the load is only one part of running Amazon Relay. FleetFlow manages the agreed daily operation around your trucks and drivers, planning, execution, ROC coordination, performance follow-through and owner reporting, so you can focus on running the carrier.
For active Amazon Relay carriers with 5+ trucks. Scheduled 24/7 operational coverage.
WHY OWNERS DELEGATE
As a fleet grows, keeping every load booked is not enough. Someone has to coordinate drivers, make timely decisions when the plan changes, handle Relay issues and follow through on account-impacting events. Hiring another dispatcher may add capacity, but it still leaves the owner responsible for training, supervision and escalations. FleetFlow takes on the agreed operational workload as a managed team, not simply another pair of hands.
People familiar with live Relay operations, difficult situations and the consequences of poor follow-through.
Clear responsibility for daily coordination, escalation and continuity across shifts.
Routine decisions and problems are handled within the agreed operating boundaries; major business decisions still come to you.
WHAT FLEETFLOW MANAGES
A coordinated operation from the first load decision to the final follow-up. Responsibilities are confirmed with each carrier before service begins.
Review load opportunities against truck availability, driver schedules and the carrier's operating preferences. Coordinate Relay blocks and loadboard opportunities as applicable to the fleet's setup.
Keep drivers informed about assignments, pickup requirements, changes and trip-related questions. Coordinate readiness before scheduled moves and routine updates during execution.
Monitor managed trips across check-in, departure, transit and delivery. Identify situations needing action and keep the relevant people aligned through completion.
Coordinate with drivers, facilities and Amazon Relay Operations Center when trailers, delays, access or other operational issues disrupt a trip. Record key facts and follow up on unresolved items.
Track operational events that may affect account performance, preserve available supporting information and prepare or follow up on appropriate performance disputes. No particular score or dispute outcome is guaranteed.
Provide owner-level operating summaries and manage agreed invoicing, settlement-related follow-ups and eligible accessorial documentation. Exact responsibilities are defined in the proposal.
COVERAGE AND ACCOUNTABILITY
Amazon Relay doesn't stop at the end of a business day. FleetFlow organizes active dispatcher coverage through scheduled shifts, including overnight, weekends and holidays. Assigned personnel and backup support help maintain continuity, while clear escalation rules keep the carrier involved when a decision is theirs to make.
Access, decision rights, coverage scope and escalation routes are agreed before handover.
WORKING WITH FLEETFLOW
We learn how your fleet operates, confirm the decisions we can make on your behalf, and assign a team to run the agreed daily workflow. Drivers know whom to contact for managed Relay issues. Owners receive operational visibility and escalation when their input is needed, not a stream of routine dispatch questions.
Trucks, operating preferences, current coverage and problem areas.
Responsibilities, access, coverage, communication and pricing.
Assigned team, day-to-day execution, issue escalation and ongoing owner updates.

WHO WE WORK WITH
FleetFlow is designed for established carriers already operating on Amazon Relay with five or more active trucks, especially owners who need reliable coverage, stronger operational judgment or freedom from constant day-to-day supervision.
Our indicative management fee is $200 per active truck per month. Final pricing is tailored to fleet size, responsibilities and coverage requirements and confirmed in a written proposal. We do not price the service as a percentage of gross freight revenue.

Tell us about your active trucks, your current dispatch setup and the responsibilities you want to delegate. We'll discuss the fit, coverage and a practical handover during a free 30‑minute consultation.
